If you don't have nothing nice to say about people don't say it at all."

MAFS Alum Nikita warns of bum lift nightmare

Nikita was removed from last year’s show during the process after she fell out with others resulting in rules around behaviour being broken.

Now, four years after bum lift surgery, 28-year-old Nikita Jasmine warned others about the surgery.

Nikita got the surgery after being inspired by Kim Kardashian: “I’d like to ask her what made her put it all over social media knowing that younger girls would look up to her and be influenced by her.

“I can’t tell you the last time I wore jeans, because they can fit the waist, but can’t fit my bum properly.

“It was the worst pain I’ve ever had. They put a rod into your stomach and chop the fat up, like keyhole incisions. You’re supposed to put weight on beforehand, as much as you can, because the more weight you have the more can go into your bum.”

One fan said: "Adrian really is one of the nicest people I’ve ever seen on a reality show. Love him."

A second added: "So many people apply to go on reality shows just to get on TV deserve nothing. Adrian deserves the world and I hope he gets it."

April looks ahead to her future in reality TV

Married at First Sight star April has spoken about her future in television, claiming she is not “ready” to star in another show quite yet.

“It hasn’t necessarily put me off. I would never say no, but I’m not sure I would say yes,” she explained.

“I’ve come out of this with not only learning a lot about myself but amazing friendships that will last a lifetime.

“But I’m not ready [for another reality show] yet, at the moment I’m just trying to get myself through this one.”

MAFS groom gives new insights into the show

Pjay, who departed from MAFS early, has revealed the most “draining” part of making the show.

The Dreamboys stripper, 31, said: “Married at First Sight UK is probably the best thing I’ve ever done because I’ve learned so much about myself – how I deal with things, how I accept things, how I accept people.

“It’s just mad because it’s ten hours a day of filming. It’s constant.

“Producers will say ‘can you do this again? Can you do it again? Can you do it again?’

“The more you do it, it’s like, ‘oh, I haven’t got the same energy as I did when I first started’.

“And it’s just it’s very, very draining. That’s the best word to use. It’s very draining.”

  • Are the MAFS weddings legally binding?

Despite exchanging vows and rings, marriages on Married at First Sight UK are not legally binding.

A spokesperson for the show told Metro.co.uk: “Following the Australian format, rather than legal marriages, the couples will make a lifelong commitment to one another at a glamorous ceremony.

“This is overseen by a wedding celebrant, that includes guests, bridal gowns, dancing, speeches and cake.”

Although the weddings aren’t technically legal, couples can choose to get married for real at the end of the series.

  • Another cliffhanger!

Noo! We won't find out until tomorrow if Matt and Whitney will be allowed to stay on the show.

And Gemma says she is leaving for all the women that have been cheated on.
